Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our transportation services. By requesting and using our transportation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our transportation services.

 Transportation Services

CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION provides non-emergency medical transportation, senior transit, and community rides within Massachusetts. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service whenever necessary to protect the safety of our passengers, drivers, vehicles, or the public. 

 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must be ready at the designated pickup time. Passengers are expected to act respectfully. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be the financial responsibility of the customer.

 Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. All rates are subject to change with notice. All invoices must be paid according to the payment instructions provided. 

 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Once the driver has been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location, cancellation fees may apply. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee or forfeiture of the fare. We value punctuality for all our clients. 

 

If the passenger does not appear within the complimentary 10-minute waiting period, the reservation will be considered a No-Show.

In that event:

​

 - No refund will be issued.

​

 - The full transportation fare will be charged. 

​

 - The driver will leave the pickup lcoation. 

 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION, its owners, employees, contractors, and drivers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from transportation services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

 Assumption of Risk

Ground transportation involves ordinary risks, including traffic accidents, weather conditions, delays, road hazards, and actions of third parties.

By using our services, passengers voluntarily assume these ordinary transportation risks. 

Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where applicable law permits claims in Small Court.

Arbitration shall be administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and conducted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 

 Waiver of Jury Trial

Both parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury for any claims settled via arbitration as described in Section 17.

 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all disputes shall be brought only on an individual basis.

Customers waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, representative action, or similar proceeding against CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION. 

 Governing Law (Massachusetts)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Waiting Time Policy

Each reservation includes 5 minutes of complimentary waiting time beginning at the scheduled pickup time. If additional waiting time is requested or required, a waiting fee of $1.00 per minute will apply after the complimentary waiting period expires, or may result in cancellation, including a full service charge.

Waiting charges begin immediately after the initial 5-minute courtesy period ends. 

Driver Arrival Policy

Drivers strive to arrive on time. However, pickup times may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. Drivers may arrive up to 15 minutes before or after the scheduled pickup time. Passengers are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time.

Refund Policy 

Refunds are available only when CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION is unable to provide the scheduled transportation service or when a cancellation qualifies under this policy.

Refunds are not available for:

​

 - No-Shows

​

 - Late cancellations 

​

 - Waiting time charges

​

 - Completed transportation services

​

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

​

 - Wear seat belts at all times.

​

 - Respect the driver.

​

 - Follow all applicable laws.

​

 - Avoid disruptive behavior.

​

 - Refrain from smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal drug use inside the vehicle. 

Service Animal 

Certified service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable federal and Massachusetts law.

​

 

Personal Property

Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. 

​

CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION is no responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.

Vehicle Damage 

Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles due to negligence, intentional misconduct, excessive cleaning, vandalism, or other avoidable circumstances.

Cleaning and repair charges may apply.

Right to Refuse Service 

CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION reserves the right to refuse or terminate service whenever necessary to protect the safety of passengers, drivers, or vehicles. 

Indemnification

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION, its owners, employees, drivers, contractors, successors, and affiliates from claims arising out of:

 - Violations of these terms

​

 - Misuse of our services

​

 - False or misleading information.

​

 - Negligence or unlawful conduct.

Force Majeure

CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide transportation resulting from severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, traffic accidents, government actions, emergencies, mechanical failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control. 

 Changes to These Terms

CHRISTVICKY TRANSPORTATION reserves the right to update or modify these terms & conditions at any time . Revised versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
